Halogen-free flux is suitable for dip soldering,foaming and spraying soldering,which is with bright and smooth solder joint,strong adhesive attraction and diffusivity,no toxicity,no corrosion,no damage to the component,no halogen,and no wash.

The product is accord with the standard of RoHS, IEC,and not include PFoS harmful substance.It is applicable for the soldering of high precise multiply layer PCB board used in computer,communication equipment and so on.It is also a substitute  of traditional flux.
